Instead of using a standard "flow-coat" machine, SBC dips each shingle by hand. This ensures that every surface of the shingle is thoroughly coated, delivering the thickest and most durable stain layer

Innovative “Sidewall Select” Grade

In response to the industry's shrinking white cedar log sizes, SBC developed the Sidewall Select grade—a blend of Extra and Clear grades. This mix results in wider shingles, making installation easier and providing a more appealing, random-width appearance on walls.
